New York, NY – October 9, 2019 – Ultimus, the award winning low-code digital process automation technology and innovation leader, today announced the availability of new Ultimus Flobots™ that further extend its advanced intelligent automation capabilities and reduce the cost and complexity of developing end-to-end automated business process solutions.

Ultimus Flobots™, included in the license of Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite, are rapid integration “workflow robots” that use simple point-and-click “training” to eliminate repetitive tasks, integrate automated business processes with external applications and complementary technologies, and perform other automated process activities - without the need to write code or separately license RPA “bots.” New Flobots™ include:

AI Extract for extraction of unstructured data from invoices and other documents using best-of-breed Artificial Intelligence services such as Rossum and Gini;

ML Training to facilitate the training and run-time use of custom Machine Learning models;

Keyword/Sentiment to identify keywords and sentiment from unstructured data using third-party AI services.

smartEmail Designer for designing powerful formatted email templates and generating automated emails using process data;>

Email Launch to automatically process and extract data from incoming emails; and

Decision to execute rules and automated business process decisions defined in Ultimus Business Center.

In addition to these new capabilities, Flobots are also widely used to:

• Automate the production of reports, documents, letters, and faxes;
• Automatically insert or extract data from spreadsheets and documents;
• Automatically interface with legacy systems;
• Create automated steps that invoke 3rd party applications such as RPA tools;
• Automatically launch tasks, populate forms, and attach documents based on incoming emails, SMS messages, social media posts, or actions in ERP and CRM systems; and
