Ultimus Support Case Management System

Dear Customers,

To serve you better, Ultimus has implemented a new Ultimus Support Case Management System using Ultimus Composed Process Solutions® and the Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite.   This new system replaces the legacy support case system and the Case Creation Wizard.  

In order to begin using the new system, your designated Ultimus support contact will need to contact your Ultimus account manager and obtain the unique customer account number and account key that will be needed to create user accounts for each individual who will use the Support Case Management System.
