We recently changed to Ultimus WebClient 2015. If you experience any unexpected behavior with the Support WebClient (http://mysupport.ultimus.com/supportwebclient), please delete your browser cache to resolve the problem.
If you use Internet Explorer, please go to “Internet Options”, and click the “Delete” button in the “General” tab. In Firefox go to History, and select “Clear Recent History”.
