BPM Suite Fundamentals

The Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite Fundamentals Training course is an instructor-led, facilitated hands-on learning opportunity that teaches the skills required for successfully applying the tools of Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite version 8.x.

Ultimus Advanced Training

The Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite is a complete, enterprise software application designed to create an operational environment that empowers people in an organization to drive process automation and improvement. The product is made up of multiple modules, seamlessly integrated together and is designed to support the needs of all BPM stakeholders in the company including management, work teams, IT teams, and business analysts. The Ultimus Advanced Training course is built around many of the advanced topics that are used to design solutions within Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite.

Ultimus EIK Training

The Ultimus EIK Training course teaches a user everything they need to know about the Ultimus Enterprise Integration Kit (EIK).The Ultimus Enterprise Integration Kit provides the means for customizing and extending functionality of the Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite. Ultimus BPM Server provides an open, extensible environment for business process automation. Ultimus EIK can be used as a fully functional and complete out-of-the-box solution for business process automation, or it can be embedded into third-party software packages to provide BPM functionality behind the scenes. Between these two extremes, EIK allows different levels of integration with third-party applications.

Ultimus Process Administrator

Ultimus Process Administrator provides powerful, centralized capabilities and conveniences for managing and administrating workflows for small or large organizations. It also provides the tools necessary to manage exceptions and stalled processes that can occur in an Ultimus implementation. The Ultimus Process Administration Training course is an instructor-led, facilitated hands-on learning opportunity that teaches the skills required for successfully applying the tools of the Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite version 8.x.

Ultimus System Administrator

Ultimus System Administrator is one of three modules used to configure the Ultimus BPM environment. It provides powerful, centralized capabilities and conveniences for managing and administering the Ultimus BPM Server. It also provides the tools necessary to manage exceptions in the system, applications, and in business processes that are common in every organization. The Ultimus System Administrator Training course covers all areas necessary to learn how to properly install, configure, and maintain Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite version 8.x. The course is therefore not limited to Ultimus System Administrator as an Ultimus application. Instead, it gives a broad overview of regular and irregular tasks that administrators need to deliver.

UATS System Administrator

The Ultimus WebClient is a modern web-based end user environment that allows participants to interact with their process tasks in one place from almost any internet-connected device. The Ultimus Advanced Task Service (UATS) is the service layer between Ultimus BPM Servers and Ultimus WebClient. UATS retrieves, caches, and intelligently streams data to Ultimus WebClient, and from there, Ultimus WebClient efficiently transfers the retrieved business process data to client devices. During the UATS System Administrator Training course, participants will become familiar with the new architecture, will learn how to install and properly configure UATS, and study the different approaches to problem resolution. Participants will also learn about new the benefits and opportunities UATS/WebClient presents, as well as potential risks involved, if any. The training also covers a customized role of UATS Administrator.
