We are excited about the upcoming Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite V8.3 release. Ultimus V8.3 adds several exciting features and functions to Ultimus' V8 market leading BPM platform providing customers comprehensive process documentation tools, quick enterprise system integrations, and easy and intuitive process automation capabilities. Ultimus V8.3 provides new cross-application process enhancements where Ultimus not only integrates with IDS Scheer's ARIS, but also provides a "preview" platform where ARIS modeling orchestrations can be previewed in Ultimus' process automation environment BEFORE the model is converted. ARIS to Ultimus process mappings can be customized by the user allowing for custom cross-application process definitions. This same cross-application platform capability can be applied to other process orchestration platforms such as Visio, SAP, and BizTalk.
More intuitive and configuration integrations with MOSS are also included as part of the Ultimus V8.3. Ultimus users now have the ability to define which Ultimus metadata values are passed into MS SharePoint as part of documents uploaded into MS SharePoint repositories. Passing business data into auto-generated MS Word documents is easier than ever before with simple data merging capabilities.
Our customers continue to request easy and simple integrations with their underlying directory stores, such as MS Active Directory and LDAP systems. While our customers are using Ultimus V8 to natively integrate with their directories for step recipients in their business processes, they have requested Ultimus to facilitate their additional cross-functional organizational relationship needs. Ultimus is excited to offer new web service based integration with Ultimus Organization Chart (OC) to allow quick and easy ways to build cross-functionality, dotted-line relationships in Ultimus OC, which provide additional relationship definitions over and above customers' existing directory stores. These additional relationships enable Ultimus business processes to have multiple, varying, and dynamic routing possibilities for situations where business processes are "ad hoc".
