Support of Virtual Technologies Allows Ultimus Customers Greater Usability

Cary, NC (September 24, 2009) – Ultimus, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) Software Solutions, recently enhanced its product by adding support for virtual technologies. In response to growing market demand and use of virtual technologies in software application production environments on the rise, Ultimus now supports its customers in this cost and time saving option.

"Virtualization helps organizations to cut costs, better utilize assets, reduce implementation and management time and complexity, all of which are crucial in this economic environment," stated Alan Dayley, Research Director at Gartner, in a statement in Enterprise Systems (http://esj.com/articles/2009/03/03/everythings-coming-up-virtual.aspx).

All modules of the Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite, a seamlessly integrated BPM software solution used to manage the complete process lifecycle, can be installed with virtual technologies in production, development, and testing environments. Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite now provides support for both VMWare and Microsoft Virtual Technologies.

“We are excited to support our customers in this technology and continue to explore opportunities for them to improve efficiencies and realize cost savings using BPM solutions. We will work closely with our customers in ensuring the use of virtual technologies meets their business goals without impact to systems performance,” said Chris Adams, Vice President Product Management & Product Marketing.
