Ultimus Releases New Customer Case Study

New York, NY – December 17, 2019 – Ultimus, the award winning low-code digital process automation technology and innovation leader, released a new case study that describes a customer’s business challenges and solution implementation results using the Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite.

The customer, a multi-state provider of post-acute healthcare, nursing, and assisted living services, utilized the Ultimus platform to deliver 14 process-related solutions in 5 months – rolling them out to over 1,000 users and processing over 1,100 requests in the first four days of production! These automated processes included:

  • Patient Refund Approvals,
  • Accounts Receivable Write-off Approvals,

  • Monthly Review of General Ledger Expense Accounts,
