I was pleased to see a recent article from KMWorld that discussed the positive market outlook for the BPM industry (according to Gartner), and the importance of the tools used in the development of BPM systems. Judith Lamont called me about a month ago as she researched this article, and I thought she did an outstanding job highlighting the value of process modeling/design in any BPM deployment.
