Warranty Manager allows customers to initiate warranty and non-warranty repair requests. This DPA Solution Starter preloads the customer’s latest configuration so that parts and/or subassemblies in need of repair can be selected from a list. For parts under warranty, the process automatically generates the packing slip and shipping documents. Out-of-warranty repair requests trigger the Quotation Manager DPA Solution Starter as a sub-process to manage the out-of-warranty replacement quote process, thereby creating an integrated quote, configure, and repair solution.
