Ultimus Announces Success with Qatar Government Agency Using its Newest Technology Platform

Written by Laura Storjohann | April 25, 2018

The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor, and Social Affairs (ADLSA) in Qatar continues to see growing success after having automated several processes in the past year using Ultimus’ Composed Process Solutions (CPS) platform. ADLSA is a government agency that plans and conducts studies related to citizens’ care in order to provide social welfare and housing support.

Ultimus Composed Process Solutions is a revolutionary new workflow technology that produces unmatched gains in software delivery time, quality, manageability, cost, and business value. Using CPS, Ultimus implementers gathered specific requirements for ADLSA, and the Composed Process Solutions technology took care of the rest, automatically generating custom solutions in real-time from a standardized architecture, using proven, optimized, and error-free solution assets.

Of the most notable processes that ADLSA has automated with Ultimus, are building permit solutions, which are available to every citizen in Qatar. In only the first two months after production, over 400 external building permit requests had already been created.

Other solutions implemented with Ultimus CPS include a VIP loan difference process, which allows a mortgage holder to apply for a larger mortgage upon a promotion, a home addition or modification process, deed requests, exemption from installments requests, and purchase and assign processes.

ADLSA has confirmed that performance of these running processes has greatly improved since deployment, and they are more than satisfied with the results of using Ultimus Composed Process Solutions.
