By utilizing web services between these three applications, we are able to seamlessly integrate these applications into a comprehensive new customer process.

A: Ultimus Adaptive BPM Client allows the business process modeler and builder to specify costs associated with each step in the process. As a result of the process executed real-time, cost reports can be generated.
Q: Is V8 required for SharePoint 2007/Ultimus Integration? Is the SharePoint Flobot available in V7?
A: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 integration is part of Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite 8. While the Ultimus SharePoint Flobot is new with Ultimus V8, the same individual integrations that comprise the SharePoint Flobot are available for Ultimus V7 customers. These integrations are available as free downloads to all customers through the Ultimus Support Customer Console.
Q: Is there another license we have to purchase for this integration?

Q: Is a BA able to assign a role to an activity and cost? Hourly, weekly, monthly, yearly?
A: Yes. When building your process in Ultimus BPM Studio Client, the BA has the opportunity to assign recipients and cost values to steps. After the business process is published as a live process to Ultimus BPM Server, as each step is submitted in Ultimus Client, Ultimus BPM Server calculates step time and its associated cost. Executives can then generate time and cost reports to analyze process efficiencies.
