Internal Control Management (ICM) Training

In cooperation with Compliancy Software, Inc. (www.compliancysoftware.com), Ultimus BPM Training offers a 3-day training session on ICM (Internal Control Management), a Sarbanes-Oxley compliancy solution built around the Ultimus BPM Suite.   Once your organization has completed the task of documenting and organizing internal controls to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), you will turn your attention toward maintaining compliance.  Compliancy can provide training to further enable your resources.   Compliancy Software's training provides the framework for you to organize and relate control information and to automate control processes.  Entering and relating control information, Configuring the control automation and workflows, and Accessing control results, evidence and information.   Performance Outcomes At the completion of the Internal Control Management Training course, the student will be able to:   Understand the BPM-based approach to compliance Understand the ICM hardware and software requirements Understand the installation (overview) of ICM and its architecture Perform basic user administration using Ultimus Organizational Chart Understand the application of control workflow templates  Understand data migration (for new implementations from existing systems) – part of the ICM Methodology Configure and change the ICM system settings using the ICM Administration Module Enter or import pertinent data to be used by your control workflows – part of the ICM Methodology Administer control objects such as Accounts, Processes, Risks, Controls, and others Add, import, and link control documents using the Documentation Module Configure and schedule Document Control Procedures (DCP) workflows Configure and schedule Control Automated Procedures (CAP) workflows -- ICM Navigate and understand the dashboard data Install, execute, and interpret ICM reports Understand a typical deployment and its operational management requirements Understand and apply the Advanced Features of ICM Issues Management Control /  Risk Certification Continuous Control Monitoring Audit Points Integration with other systems and workflows Intended Audience This course is intended for students who will be responsible for developing and managing an ICM system.  The student does not have to have any prior experience with ICM.    Prerequisites There are no prerequisites for attendance in this course, aside from status as a customer or partner Compliancy Software, Inc. Cancellation Policy Ultimus, Inc. reserves the option to collect a 50% cancellation fee for any confirmed enrollment that is canceled by the student or the student’s employer within one (1) week of the scheduled start of an Ultimus training class.  Any fees received by Ultimus may be applied to a future class, at the sole discretion of Ultimus.
