Ultimus Announces EMEA PartnerAlliance Program

Munich— March 16, 2006 — Ultimus, the leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation software and services that enable the shortest time to value, today announced the establishment of the Ultimus EMEA PartnerAlliance Program.
Responding to Ultimus’ record growth in fiscal year 2005 and the continuing rapid expansion of the BPM market, the Ultimus EMEA PartnerAlliance Program focuses on strengthening the company’s partner economy. Targeting systems integrators and value-added resellers, the program will complement the existing EMEA sales and support offices in London, Paris, Munich, Madrid, Vienna, Milan and Dubai and is expected to be the most comprehensive partner program in the BPM industry.

The Ultimus EMEA PartnerAlliance Program will address all key elements of value-added reseller and systems integrator success including market development and technical training and certification, as well as bi-annual partner roundtable events. Program members will have access to the Ultimus’ BPM Lab methodology that allows new customers to plan and deploy their initial BPM projects in a phased manner in order to minimise initial investment and risk while maximising measurable results and customer success. The program will also introduce a consultant exchange program and solution exchange program for sharing of consultant skills and vertical industry solution experience with other Ultimus EMEA PartnerAlliance Program members.
