Lead Generation Specialist

Ultimus, Inc is seeking a part-time Lead Generation Specialist who will spend up to 10-15 hours a week prospecting and calling new leads.  

Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Developing new markets through cold calling
  • Using solution selling techniques to develop strong relationships with new leads
  • Calling a minimum of 30 leads per day
  • Identifying key decision makers
  • Working with Regional Marketing and Sales Executives on lead development
  • Using Salesforce.com to manage lead generation

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1–2 Years Telesales Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred
  • Completion of a 4 Year College Degree (some college coursework required)
  • Prior experience with software sales
  • Salesforce.com Experience
  • Possess data entry skills
  • Ability to use tactical/strategic selling skills
  • Self-motivated
