Helping Customers to Build Their Own Process Competence
Typically, our customers want to “own” their business processes, but they are looking for an expert to help them get started. Our approach is to do BPM “with our customers”; not for them. We usually work with a core team within our customer’s organization so we can transfer our expertise and process knowledge to the core members in the organization. We work hand-in-had with our customers to design, build, and deploy BPM into the organization.
Design – this can include starting with high level Functional Blueprints to align processes to company goals. Or, it can start more tactically with the discovery and mapping of a single process.
Build – After a process is designed, we help organizations turn the process map in an executable workflow.
Deploy – To completer the implementation, we integrate the process with the existing IT infrastructure and perform any required data migration. Then, we test and validate the solution and take it into production.
