System Management
Companies need visibility into the BPM system in order to monitor the number and status of process incidents, to manage security and access to the processes, and to make changes. The Ultimus Administrator module allows the BPM administrator to check on the number of incidents, active users, and transaction taking place in the BPM system. They can also check the status of process incidents and evaluate client workload to ensure the process is in a proper balance. Administrators can also add and remove people from selected processes and update user information to reflect changes in jobs and responsibilities. |
