Ultimus BPM Studio Basics

Ultimus BPM Studio is a next-generation Business Process Management (BPM) Integrated Design Environment (IDE) for use designing, building, simulating and testing, editing, maintaining, and publishing workflows (process maps).
The Ultimus BPM Studio Basics training course is a five-day, instructor-led, facilitated hands-on learning opportunity to acquire the skills, described by the Performance Outcomes below, required for successfully applying the tools of the Ultimus BPM Studio (Version 7.1).
The Intended Audience and Prerequisites for this course are also provided below.

Launch and configure the Ultimus Client

Initiate a Process from the End-User perspective

Create an Organizational Chart

Design and build a Process Map

Add User Steps

Add Flobot Steps

Design a new Form with standard and advanced controls

Link Local Spreadsheet cells and variables to Form controls

Link a database to form controls in a workflow process

 Link a Recordset to a Form

Test a Form in Simulation

Define Step Properties

Train a Word, Email or Excel Flobot

Define Event Conditions for Steps in a workflow process

Use Ultimus Director to define new Business Rules

Intended Audience

This course is intended for students who have little or no experience with designing or building workflow processes with Ultimus BPM Studio. This course is appropriate for users who want to build basic workflows for their businesses and who have little or no previous programming experience.
 

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for attendance in this course, aside from status as a customer or partner of Ultimus, Inc.

Cancellation Policy

Ultimus, Inc. reserves the option to collect a 50% cancellation fee for any confirmed enrollment that is canceled by the student or the student’s employer within one (1) week of the scheduled start of an Ultimus training class.  Any fees received by Ultimus may be applied to a future class, at the sole discretion of Ultimus.
