Senior Technical Support(紧急)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Specialist who will provide software, firmware, and communications interface support for our software customer base.  This support will specifically entail receiving, troubleshooting, documenting, resolving or escalating issues, which are received via electronic or telephone submission.

Responsibilities:

--High quality Level-2 support to internal personnel and external customers
--Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, including identification of root issues and proper utilization of tools and resources

Senior BPM Consultant　

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership abilities by setting example for other members of the Professional Services team in the delivery of services and the resolution of issues during client engagements
• Develop and manage workflow project plans, including resource plans, for our clients’ workflow implementation projects
• Ensure open and clear communication exists between the Ultimus and client teams
• Facilitate workflow analysis and design sessions with client to define business and integration requirements
• Conduct design review activities to ensure high-quality and highly efficient workflow processes are delivered to clients
• Support the Account Manager during the qualification of new business opportunities
• Design, Develop, Implement and Deploy automated, internet-ready workflow solutions
• Provide clear and consistent status reporting to Manager of Professional Services on client engagement status as well as work performed in support of partners and VARs
• Travel on an as-needed basis to provide client project support. Travel may be as much as 80%.

Responsibilities:

• This job will play a key role in supporting Sales during the sales process, assisting Sales with information and tools to win the sale.

工作描述

· 独立完成Ultimus 中文化产品（Ultimus BPM Suit）和 IK （整合工具）的测试。

· 按照测试流程和计划，构建测试环境，及时有效的发现Bug，并按照标准格式填写并提交Bug报告。

· 跟踪和验证Bug，并确认问题得以解决。

素质要求

· 熟悉软件测试流程，有一年或以上软件测试经验。

· 至少具备一种以下的数据库，应用软件和开发软件的应用知识。
