Responsibilities:
Regional Account Manager’s are responsible for achieving an annual revenue target using a solution selling/consultative sales approach in the assigned region. You will be required to partner with pre-sales Solutions Engineers, Professional Services Consultants and various other support team members in order to exceed customer expectations. We are extremely customer centric focused and you must be as well.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be a proven self-starter with a high level ability to build relationships with decision-makers, corporate IT and end user departments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and work ethic with a strong technical knowledge of B2B software applications
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals on all levels of the organization
  • Experience working within a sales organization and being responsible for all sales aspects of the sales cycle
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical/non-technical staff and must be able to prioritize work assignments based on the needs of the customer or business goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to operate remotely and/or travel at least 50% of the time
  • Prior experience in a similar industry, company and/or role is a plus but not required

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience in selling/marketing solutions in some or all of the following technologies: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, SQL 2000, XML & related standards, InfoPath, BTS 2004, SPS 2003, CMS 2002 and Exchange 2003/2000
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications
  • Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: Product Data Management, Workflow, Groupware, Enterprise Resource Planning, Database Management or Customer Resources Management
  • Ability to listen, identify a customer’s need and present feasible solutions
  • Knowledge of BPM or similarly important enterprise-wide solutions within vertical markets.
