Cary, N.C. – June 29, 2006 – Ultimus, the #1 provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow software and solutions, with more than 1,600 customers worldwide, today announced that it will hold a Groundbreaking Ceremony on June 30 at 12:00 EDT (GMT -04:00 New York), noon. The ceremony will be held at the new site, located at 15000 Weston Parkway in Cary, North Carolina, approximately 200 meters from the existing Ultimus building at 15200 Weston Parkway. The new offices are a direct result of the company’s year-over-year global growth and the need to expand its headquarters to facilitate its rapid expansion.
Several local officials are scheduled to attend the ceremony, including Bill Coleman, town manager for Cary. Also providing remarks will be Rashid Khan, CEO and co-founder of Ultimus. “This groundbreaking ceremony is a major mark in Ultimus’ 12 year history,” said Rashid Khan, CEO and co-founder, Ultimus, Inc. “Our company has not only experienced years of growth, but we touch more than 80 countries around the world. The new offices will not only support the continued growth and success of Ultimus, but will further the advancement of North Carolina’s business development by bringing more jobs to the community and enabling more businesses to move to the area. Ultimus plans to occupy the new 16,500 square foot facility by Q1 2007.
