Welcome to All Ultimus Friends, Customers, Prospects, Analysts, Educators, Business Leaders & Followers and Shareholders.

With the launch of a new website, we join the social networking masses and add a blog.  Well, it's not the biggest leap a company can make right now but it certainly seems like everyone has one and so . . . why not?   Ultimus takes BPM very seriously. We have been in the business for 14 years as users, consultants, and providers, and we literally have written the  book on it ("Business Pocess Management:  A Practical Guide" by Founder Rashid Kahn).  Our hope is that through this communication vehicle we all find a way to benefit from the dialog.  BPM trends, industry movement and changes, departmental and enterprise software needs: these are the types of discussions we plan to initiate, and we will bring in our executive team to participate.

I am reminded of a Winston Churchill quote which goes something like this, "Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen."  So, with a little courage to both speak and to listen, I invite you to join our team here at Ultimus in contributing to our blog.
